At ELVARA by Ali, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide premium quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged item received
- Defective product
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Slight color difference due to screen/display settings
- Minor measurement differences
- Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method or another suitable method communicated to you.
Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
